In order to provide you with a comfortable and transparent experience, we invite you to review our reservation policies and general lodging rules.

Reservations, prepayments and cancellation policies

  • All reservations will be confirmed to our client via email
  • All reservations require full payment upon confirmation to guarantee availability and secure the room. If payment is not received, the reservation will be considered canceled and the room will be released.
  • The customer can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 15 calendar days before the arrival date. The customer will have to pay the full price if they cancel within 5 days of the arrival date.
  • However, in situations of force majeure that make travel difficult or impossible for guests and if necessary, the reservation dates may be rescheduled subject to room availability.

Internal policies

  • Rates do NOT include the 13% Value Added Tax
  • Rates expressed in USD
  • Rate includes continental breakfast
  • Check- in 2:00 pm
  • Check- out 11:00 am
  • Pets are not allowed. (except assistance dogs with proper certification).
  • We have a No Smoking policy; you can ask at Reception for specific smoking areas at check-in.
  • Children under 1 year old stay free.
  • All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Guide and driver rooms do not have CPL.
